Do you really ship the same day?
Yes! Orders placed before 4:00 PM CT for supplies and parts are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.

Can I drop off my Mosquito Magnet® for repair?
Yes. We accept local drop-offs by appointment only. We are not a storefront, so please call or text 903-747-2226 to schedule a time.

How long does a repair take?
Repairs typically take 3–4 business days, depending on current workload and season demand.

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes! All repairs are backed by our in-house warranty. Contact us for more information.

What’s your return policy?
Returns must be pre-authorized and include the original sales order number. We do not accept returns on electronic components or parts unless previously approved.
