Shipping Policy
At The Mosquito Store, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing:
All supply and parts orders received before 4:00 PM Central Time ship the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends will ship the following business day. -
Shipping Methods:
We use USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate and UPS for most shipments. Orders are shipped based on weight and dimensions. Some lightweight but oversized items may be manually adjusted for accurate shipping costs. -
Tracking Information:
All orders include tracking. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped. -
Lost or Delayed Shipments:
If your package is lost in transit and never marked as delivered, we will send a replacement. However, we do not replace or refund items marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure your delivery address is secure. -
In-Person Pickup & Drop-Off:
Local customers are welcome to schedule a pickup or drop-off at our warehouse. We are not a storefront and work by appointment only. Please text or call us at 903-747-2226 to schedule.
