Welcome to the Warranty Service page for Mosquito Magnet Traps. As of February 1, 2024 we will be responding to your initial requests for manufacturer warranty claims. Please take a moment and read through the requirements necessary to proceed with a manufacturer's warranty request claim.    


Here are the key details of our warranty service:

Warranty Coverage

1. Trap must have proof of purchase dated within 1 year of the claim.

2. Trap serial number must be present and documented.

Warranty Claims

If you believe your Mosquito Magnet Trap is experiencing issues covered by the warranty, please contact by email at sales@themosquitostore.com attach the proof of purchase, this will initiate the claim.

When submitting a warranty claim, please provide the following information:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
  • Details of the issue or fault codes
  • Serial number of the Mosquito Magnet Trap
  • Your personal contact and shipping address information

Warranty Service Process

Once we receive your warranty claim request, we will review the information provided and assess the eligibility for warranty service. If the issue is covered by the warranty, we will provide you with a UPS Ground label via email.

Warranty Service Exclusions

It is important to note that manufacturer warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by shipping, misuse, improper installation and unauthorized repairs. Additionally, any modifications or alterations made to the Mosquito Magnet Trap without our approval will void the warranty.

If the warranty claim is deemed ineligible for warranty service, we will provide you with an explanation and offer alternative solutions to address the issue.
