Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review the guidelines below before initiating a return.

  • General Returns:
    We typically do not accept returns unless previously authorized. To request a return, please email sales@themosquitostore.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Parts & Electronics:
    Returns are not accepted for electronic components or replacement parts unless authorized in advance. These items are subject to inspection before approval.

  • Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must include the original sales order number for processing.

  • Refunds:
    Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Refunds may take 3–5 business days to process.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos so we can make it right.
