We typically do not accept returns unless previously authorized. To request a return, please email sales@themosquitostore.com with your order number and reason for return. -
Parts & Electronics:
Returns are not accepted for electronic components or replacement parts unless authorized in advance. These items are subject to inspection before approval. -
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must include the original sales order number for processing. -
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Refunds may take 3–5 business days to process. -
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
